Collegiate Tennis
I received a four-year athletic scholarship to Wofford College (2021- 2025), where I competed at the NCAA Division I level in the Southern Conference. Representing Wofford on court was a central part of my college experience, allowing me to compete against other strong teams across the U.S. while balancing a full academic workload. Through this experience, I’ve developed to become the person I am today. This experience taught me resilience, discipline, and a strong team mindset that continues to influence how I show up and communicate in team settings today.

Playing Division I tennis was just about competing and winning. It was about early mornings, long travel days, and balancing practices, matches, and gym sessions with an intensive academic workload. Through this experience, I was pushed to grow quickly as both an athlete and an individual.

The skills that I adopted through my college years are directly transferable to my future endeavours:
-
Discipline & Time Management- Planning my daily routines with training schedules, travelling, and studies while meeting academic deadlines.
-
Resilience- Competing in close matches, adapting to overcome adversities outside of my control, to producing results for the team.
-
Motivational & Team First Mindset- Bringing energy and positivity to the team, putting collective goals ahead of individual results, and supporting my teammates on and off the court.
-
Leadership & Communication- Helping younger players to settle in, giving and receiving constructive criticism for the benefit of the team, and staying composed and motivational in high-pressure situations.
-
Goal-Oriented- Working towards season-long performance goals and breaking them into small, daily habits and learning to trust the process.

My college experience has shaped my mindset that I carry through life, and positively influenced my work ethic. These skills are some of the core strengths that I now bring into every academic, professional and personal challenge.
