Long Term Goals
In the long term, my goals are shaped around the kind of career I want to pursue and the life I want to lead - combining my education and passions to create a sense of greater purpose in what I do.

These goals are less about fixed timelines and more about the direction of my career, making a social impact, and becoming the person I want to be.

01
Project Management Consulting
In the long-term I see myself building a career in project management consulting, bringing together the skills and insights I’ve developed throughout my education and prior professional experience. I want to support organisations through impactful change, helping to deliver clear results and value. I aim to grow into a trusted advisor whether that within Accenture or another company, or eventually in my own independent practice.
02
Work with Non Profit Organisations
Continuing my volunteer work and giving back to the community is a long-term goal of mine. In the future, I plan to leverage my project management skills to support organisations in creating meaningful community impact. I am passionate about working with non-profits on projects that help improve their internal operations, which eventually have a wider community impact. Whether through consulting, pro-bono work, or through non-profit board involvement, I am interested in using my career to make a positive social impact.

03
Captaining the Irish Tennis Team
At some point in my career, I will return to tennis not just as a player but as a leader. One of my aspirations is to have the opportunity to lead a group of Irish tennis players at an event that I’ve previously played in - The Billie Jean King Cup. To achieve this, I will need to stay actively involved in Irish tennis, earning the respect of players and selection committees, and showcasing my leadership skills. This goal combines both my on-court experience with my passions for leadership, with the ambition of creating a team culture that inspires and empowers young female athletes.
